Lovely to have you here
Sometimes life takes us on long journeys, only to lead us exactly where we belong.
My journey with yoga began almost 44 years ago - not in a glittering studio, but quietly, with a book my father gave me to help me find some calm during a time of great tension.
A few years later, my path led me to Thailand and to Thai massage - an experience that has stayed with me and shaped me ever since.
Both have remained a part of my life.
Gratitude
My thanks go to all the people who have consciously or unconsciously shaped, supported, accompanied and inspired me over many years. I would like to give special thanks to my teachers and mentors who have accompanied me throughout my training.

To my yoga teachers, in particular Poonam , who was born into a family of yoga teachers in India - my dear soul sister - and her husband Thomas from Sanapurna Ayurveda & Yoga .
With open hearts, genuine humanity, and a wonderful freedom from rigid concepts, you have shown me how compassion can be lived without losing oneself in the process.

And to my teachers of Thai massage – with particular gratitude to Laeiad from Thailand .
With patience, clarity and heart, you taught me how breath, presence and supportive touch can work together.
Thanks to all of you, I can now offer a space where people can meet themselves through a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation for thousands of years - wherever they may be in life.
My way of accompanying you
I respond to your needs and combine different elements of Hatha Yoga with the calm, clear approach of Thai massage.
Sometimes there is more movement, sometimes more stillness. Each session unfolds from what is present in that particular moment.
I am happy to accompany you for a a little while on your journey.
Warmly,
Judith
